SALE CONDITIONS

The t-shirts of Znak!® are sold exclusively as are presented in this website and any sites in e-commerce multi-brand, without the possibility to customize according to the customer’s request. To purchase one or more items must follow the instructions that appear on the page of each model.

At the order moment, you must fill out the form related to the buyer and pay online the fee of the list price (including VAT). The collection of the payment is made only through the PayPal platform. Subsequently, Znak!® will send the goods prior electronic notice. The delivery of goods is made within 15 days of placing the order.

Customers can receive information about the status of your order by e-mail adress info@znak.it. The price of the t-shirt does not include shipping costs, which obviously vary according to the destination as well as the number of pieces.

For Italy:

€ 5.00 (1 or 2 pieces)

€ 10.00 (three or more)

For the EC:

€ 7.00 (1 or 2 pieces)

€ 10.00 (three or more)

For other destinations:

Znak!® reserves the right to update or modify these terms of sale at any time, in consideration of possible regulatory changes and business strategies. Will prevail in this case, the date of publication of www.znak.it.

Znak!® disclaims any responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the customer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site appear to be slightly different from the original.

It is possible that Znak!® decides to make changes to the heads in the production phase or even decide not to produce them. In the event that the item is not produced or that there are discrepancies between the items represented in the images on the site, when the customer places the order, Znak!® will contact the customer to obtain express approval of the changes and proceed to shipping or cancel your order and provide a refund.

Upon receipt of the order request, Znak!® reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by credit card and check the details of any previous transactions made by the customer on the same site. In the event that the item ordered is not available, or if for some reason the order can not be processed as requested by the customer, Znak!® will promptly notify the customer.

 

To place orders at Znak!® customers must:

– be the final consumer as defined below;

– at least 18 years old;

– possess the necessary requirements to be able to form legally binding contracts;

– have a valid email address;

– have a valid credit card for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a verified PayPal account or a bank account.

Once confirmed and fulfilled the orders of items already available can not be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Znak!® is not liable for any damage caused to the pieces during transport.

The contract between Znak!® and the customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Znak!®. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client mode. Placing an order in the manner provided, the customer claims to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.

The customer, once the online purchase procedure, will print or save an electronic copy, and keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the provisions of the law governing distance selling.

The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation, and any contractual liability for any direct or indirect, to persons and/or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.

The customer has the right to return or exchange the goods only if damaged. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the customer can send a request to info@znak.it with pictures of the damage and send the unused item to the address indicated later. Within another 15 days from receipt of goods, Znak!® will refund the money or shipment of new items.

Refunds may be made by any method desired, but will always be charged to the customer.

The t-shirts must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned with all labels, packaging and accessories. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Znak!® and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return process.
